About Shalom Leadership College
Shalom Leadership College is established for an indefinite period with the mission of developing Christ-centered leaders through sound biblical education, ethical formation, and transformative leadership training. The College is committed to strengthening the Church the Body of Christ by equipping spiritual leaders with knowledge, integrity, and practical ministry skills.
Founded by resolution of the General Assembly on August 5, 2016 (E.C.) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the institution serves students across all regions of the country.
The College initially offers Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctoral (PhD) Degree programs designed to prepare competent ministers and responsible citizens. The governing Board has formally approved and enacted this administrative regulation to guide its operations.

Academics Programs
Shalom Leadership College (SLC) is committed to offering high-quality academic and leadership programs designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation necessary to make a meaningful impact in ministry and society.
Bachelor’s Program: The Bachelor’s program at SLC provides students with a strong academic and spiritual foundation in their field of study, preparing them for effective leadership and service.
Master’s Program: SLC’s Master’s program offers advanced study and specialized training to deepen students’ knowledge, leadership capacity, and ministry effectiveness.
Doctoral Program: The Doctoral program at SLC represents the highest level of academic achievement, designed for individuals who aspire to become scholars, thought leaders, and experts in their respective fields.

- We offer courses in English for students who want to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degrees.
Amharic Programs
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree programs are available in Amharic.
Afan Oromo Programs
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree programs are available in Afaan Oromoo.
